Best Student Paper Award
Eligibility for a Best Student Paper Award
To qualify for the Best Student Paper Award, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Student Status: The applicant must be a current Bachelor, Master, or PhD student at the time of the paper submission deadline.
- Authorship: The applicant must be the first author and the primary contributor to the paper. Additionally, the paper should have no more than two non-student co-authors.
- Conference Registration: The applicant must be registered for LACAP 2024.
- Presentation: The applicant must present the paper in person at the conference.
- Ceremony Attendance: The applicant must attend the closing ceremony.
Verification Process:
- Condition 1: The student status must be confirmed by the supervisor through a signed letter in PDF format.
- Condition 2: The primary contribution must be confirmed by the candidate upon receiving a special request from the Awards Co-Chairs after the paper acceptance notification and contingent upon the review scores.
